By accessing our website, booking services, or using any of our healthcare services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide the following services:
- Home Healthcare Services: ICU setup, caregiver services, attendant services, physiotherapy, baby care, and domestic helper services
- Medical Equipment Rental: Oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, wheelchairs, ventilators, monitors, and other medical equipment
- On-Call Medical Services: Wound dressing, catheterization, IV infusions, tube replacements, and other specialized medical procedures
- 24/7 Support: Emergency medical services, ambulance services, and round-the-clock customer support
3. Service Booking and Payment
When booking our services:
- All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
- Payment terms, pricing, and rental periods will be communicated and agreed upon before service commencement
- We accept payments through QR codes, bank transfers, UPI, and card payments via secure payment gateways
- Service charges, equipment rental fees, and any additional costs will be clearly disclosed before booking
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when booking services or using our website
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Respect the rights and privacy of our healthcare professionals and staff
- Follow all medical advice, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by our healthcare professionals
- Maintain the rented medical equipment in good condition and report any damages immediately
- Not misuse, damage, or tamper with any medical equipment or facilities provided
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important medical information:
- Our services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals, but we are not a substitute for emergency medical care
- In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services (108/102) immediately
- Our healthcare professionals provide services based on medical protocols, but treatment outcomes may vary
- We are not liable for any medical complications that may arise from pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control
- Patients and their families are responsible for following medical advice and treatment plans
6. Equipment Rental Terms
For medical equipment rentals:
- Rental periods, pricing, and terms will be agreed upon before equipment delivery
- You are responsible for the safe use and maintenance of rented equipment
- Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will result in charges for repair or replacement
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
- We provide maintenance and technical support for rented equipment during the rental period
- Late returns may incur additional rental charges
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes
- Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use
- We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Equipment rental liability is limited to the rental value of the equipment
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms:
- Service cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before scheduled service time
- Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see separate policy page)
- Equipment rental cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees based on rental period and timing
- Emergency service cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Refund processing time may take 7-14 business days depending on payment method
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nova Growth Manpower & Home Support Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
